1. Information we collect We may store chat messages, message timestamps, a conversation ID and an authentication ID needed to keep your session working. If you choose an account or profile name, that information can also be stored. Contact-form submissions include the name, email address, message and submission time you provide. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

2. Browser storage and authentication Your browser may store chat cache, unsynced messages, session information and advertising choices. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to access locally stored data, so avoid shared devices for private conversations.

3. Cloud storage and AI processing Saved chat data can be synchronized to Supabase. Recent conversation context is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a reply. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted, and authorized infrastructure providers may process data as needed to operate the service. No online system can promise absolute security.

4. Why we use information We use data to deliver AI replies, maintain supported conversation history, handle support requests, improve reliability and prevent abuse. We do not intentionally sell chat content or contact-form messages to advertisers.

5. Advertising When advertising is enabled, third-party advertising providers may process browser information, cookies or similar identifiers under their own terms. Advertising code can change the privacy characteristics of a page, so browser privacy controls remain available to you.

6. Retention and deletion Chat history remains until it is deleted or a retention rule applies. In-product deletion controls can remove supported application data. Provider backups or security records may remain for their own retention periods. Contact us if you need help with an access, correction or deletion request.

7. Adults only and sensitive information HeyProma is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Do not submit information about children, passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or other highly sensitive information.
